We are the designer and manufacturer of what we believe is the best performing product in its category. We pride ourselves in prioritizing product quality and customer service with a on-going R&D and innovation program.

As part of our on-going growth we are now recruiting for a Roof Order Processor at our busy processing office in Blackburn.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Processing customer quotes, accurately and efficiently using in-house design software.
- Inputting customer quotes, orders and checking
- Assist in resolving any order-related issues or customer enquiries
- Follow established business processes and standard operating procedures

We are looking for a memeber of the team who has the following skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of the Solid roof and/ or Conservatory Industry.
- Experienced in order processing ideally using PST Software or similar.
- Excellent customer service skills and attributes.
- Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities.
- Have excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet customer expectations for provision of quotations and orders.
- Ability to multi task and plan.
- Competent in use of MS Office.

Salary dependant upon experience.

Current Hours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am - 4pm Fridays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
