Are you a highly motivated, organised, and creative Business Development Coordinator to join a rapidly growing market leading company? As the Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing initiatives.

**Working days**: Monday to Friday

**Hybrid working model -**4 days in a vibrant office, 1 day working remotely.

**Office location: Smethwick, Birmingham**

**Key accountabilities**:

- Develop the sales and marketing performance with your innovative ideas and strategic planning as you assist in the development and implementation of weekly sales and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate and organise a high-energy business development schedule that keeps the marketing and sales teams moving forward with purpose.
- Elevate the team to new heights by creating exciting and challenging competitions that drive internal KPI performance and foster a competitive spirit.
- Drive performance, efficiency and growth with structured objectives set out on a weekly basis. Deliver unbeatable results as you present key performance objectives to the sales team and inspire them to reach new heights.
- Foster lasting partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Prepare powerful sales presentations and insightful reports that drive results.
- Conduct structured business development calls, executing local and national campaigns, and surpassing order targets.
