We have an exciting opportunity for an experience ADMINISTRATOR to join a profitable West Bromwich based CONSTRUCTION business.

It is an office based position, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Salary is anticipated to be in the region of £25/26k but is entirely negotiable with experience.

As an ADMINISTRATOR you will be primarily involved in:

- Working closely with directors & management team
- Managing operating procedures and best practice while ensuring compliance
- Liaising directly with supplies, sub-contractors & hire companies
- Receiving and handling customer and supplier queries
- Arranging in house training
- Maintaining accurate and retrievable files; both electronic and hard copy
- General admin type duties

The successful ADMINISTRATOR will have the following key skills and attributes:

- Experience gained in the construction, building or facilities management sectors is essential
- Administration or secretarial experience
- Confident communicator at any level
- Highly computer literate & numerate
- Accurate written communication and record keeping
- Proactive problem solver with strong work ethic
- Experience of Health & Safety and / or Quality would be advantageous

This position will ideally suit and experienced ADMINISTRATOR lwho has gained some experience at least within the BUILDING, CONSTRUCTION, ESTATES or FACILITIES MANAGEMENT sectors.

NOTE : The is a permanent, full time position employed directly by the company and not a temp or agency contract.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
