**About the Team**
- **The Role & Responsibilities**
- Ensure new and existing products are tagged into the appropriate aisles.
- Moderate customer reviews, maintaining that only reviews that meet our guidelines are shown on-site.
- Manage any merchandising requests that come from our suppliers.
- Monitor our ‘Spill the Beans’ channel to capture and allocate out any site issues spotted by colleagues around the business.
- Monitor our ‘Spotted a Mistake’ reports to capture and allocate out any site issues spotted by customers.
- Set up new product details & images for our M&S non food range.
- Support the wider ecommerce team with various projects and site optimisations as and when required.
