**Responsibilities (how we will measure success)**

This is an ideal position for someone who has a keen interest in HR & Talent attraction who would like to work in a fast-paced environment for a global organisation which is currently in a huge growth phase.

**Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)**
- Develop and driving creative initiatives to build the IQ-EQ brand in the local market. Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with a broad range of talent attraction, sourcing and administrative duties
- Create & upload job specifications onto the website and external job boards
- Coordinating interviews and diary management
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with various tasks, must be flexible to take on ad hoc tasks
- Manage and maintain SMART recruitment system and recruitment data base
- Ability to work with applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and Excel spreadsheets
- Ad hoc recruitment administration duties
- Assisting with helping promote the IQEQ brand in various markets, assisting with marketing campaigns.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of talent sourcing experience within an in-house recruitment team, RPO or Agency (can be a HR placement year)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
- A proactive self-starter
- Proficient in suite of Microsoft packages.
