Talent Sourcers play a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them.

Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends and market analysis, Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market.

**What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?**
- Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to prepare for and take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice, constructively challenging when needed to add value to discussions.
- Actively utilise LinkedIn - not just with your Recruiter license to create projects, however, to post compelling content such as videos, insights and talk about your roles and client business areas.
- Manage recruitment process from in-take meeting to offer stage

**What do I need to succeed in this role?**

**Must Haves**:

- Ability to work 1.30pm to 10pm, 3 times a week (you’ll be given a US Hour Shift Allowance for working these hours - roughly 3% per shift which is in addition to your annual salary)
- Experience of pro-active sourcing including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool
- Experience of creating and posting compelling information about AMS / Client roles on LinkedIn
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
- Experience of sourcing/recruiting for specialist roles

**Nice to Haves**:

- Financial Services/ Wealth management sector experience
- Eightfold ATS system knowledge/experience
- US market experience
- Able to deliver Sourcing Insights to educate the Client Services Team and Hiring Managers

Stage 5: Depending on the role, a successful interview will either result in **an offer** **or** **a second video interview** with a stakeholder from the client or team.

Stage 6: If you’re invited for a second video interview, you’ll receive a call with feedback from our team, and **an offer** if successful.
