We’re currently recruiting for a **full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrator** to join our team in **Basildon**, working in partnership with our customer, Amazon Fresh,ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site

You will be working 12 hour shifts, covering **06:00 - 18:00**, on a **4 on 4 off** shift pattern.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Ensure all warehouse related documentation is completed correctly
- Liaise with inbound and outbound drivers, ensuring documents compliance
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested in a timely manner
- Help to ensure we always operate a safe environment in line with company policy
- Produce regular and ad-hoc payroll and HR documentation

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience in a similar position beneficial but not essential
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
