Assisting drivers and dealing with relevant paperwork
- Monitor and update WMS in terms of task allocation until completion
- Out-gate stock from our ETSF customs warehouse
- Liaise with Import, export and customs departments and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and update inbound and outbound stock movements via WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ensure tasks are actioned.
- Produce picking lists, paperwork, and labels.
- Conduct stock checks on a regular basis
- Update computer systems in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist Transport department with driver and pallet network queries and data input.
- Assist the warehouse team with scanning in and out trunk vehicles
- You must be confident working with Microsoft office products as well as warehouse Management Systems)
- Good organizational skills to keep control of paperwork and maintaining in good order.
- Scanning in documentation to ensure good audit trails.

**Previous background in a warehouse admin/coordinator role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.**

**Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role**:

- Well organised and able to multi-task
- Experience in using an WMS system.
- Admin experience essential
- Happy to work within a warehouse environment.
- Reliable calm and work well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
