**Job Profile**

Our team, a key player in the luxury packaging sector, is expanding, and we're on the hunt for a Customer Service & Marketing Executive who thrives on engaging with creative and media agencies, and has a passion for working with prestigious luxury brands.

The role will be interesting and varied with no one day being the same and will suit someone with a dynamic and adaptable nature as well as having strong attention to detail, strong presentation skills and with a drive to manage projects through to completion.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Identifying and seizing new business opportunities, crafting effective strategies for engagement.
- Project management to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.
- Building robust business relationships with new clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored proposals, quotes, and solutions.
- Social media management to enhance our online presence and brand visibility.
- Clear communication with clients, adeptly addressing concerns and proactively resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to build strong relationships.
- Use of internal bespoke software to provide quotations and pricing for customers.

**Skill/Experience**
- Genuine passion for and knowledge of luxury brands.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to manage conflicts and expectations effectively.
- The ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong mathematical acumen for accurate pricing and forecasting.
- Agility in adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Mon - Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
