Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant with a robust technical and engineering background, to support our visionary Executive Director. This unique full-time, live-in position demands a technically adept individual who is also a master at traditional PA duties, offering significant career growth and international exposure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive support to our visually impaired Director, managing both personal and professional tasks to optimize workflow.
- Handle complex scheduling and travel arrangements, both national and international, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
- Coordinate and meticulously schedule meetings, appointments, and engagements, focusing on their relevance to ongoing technical and business initiatives.
- Conduct research, manage communications, and setup technically oriented meetings on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain accurate records of all meetings and activities, ensuring all technical discussions and outcomes are well-documented.
- Facilitate effective communication and manage follow-ups, staying abreast of the latest technical and business developments.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background in technical or engineering fields with proven organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to seamlessly manage both high-level technical tasks and traditional personal assistant duties.
- Valid passport and driving license, with readiness for frequent travel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Innate curiosity and a proactive attitude, with a strong inclination to explore and understand new technological and business trends.
- Ability to adapt to living and working in close proximity to the Executive Director, ensuring a professional yet flexible working relationship.
