For many years Caterglobe has provided service and maintenance for commercial catering equipment. A few years ago, we started to sell catering equipment for our regular customers.

Now we are ready to reach other clients, that is why we need **You** to join our team of Caterglobersand spread the word about us, our products and services.

As this will be a new role within our company, we need someone with experience and the ability to work with very little supervision.

Key responsibilities:

- Posting updates to our website (WordPress knowledge is a must)
- Updating store information on our digital channels
- Posting content to our Google My Business profiles for our stores
- Posting and responding to social media content across our channels including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Engaging with comments on our social channels
- Maintain product content on our e-commerce platform ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.
- Work with suppliers to keep product information current and add new ranges and lines to our web stores.
- create and implement promotional campaigns and content updates.
- Monitor and analyse website performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for website-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, new technologies, and e-commerce trends
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to handle and resolve difficult situations and work under pressure
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and manage time to deliver tasks within set deadlines
- Resilience and openness to learning new skills and adaptable to change

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce website, product administration and digital customer experience
- Exceptional written English skills for content creation and product development
- Experience in web analytics and experience using data-driven insights to improve website performance
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies is a plus
- Tech literate and the ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.
- An impressive level of attention to detail and passion for the importance of data accuracy.
- Previous use of an e-commerce backend system and Google Analytics would be a bonus
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- A team player with great communication and interpersonal abilities
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A willingness to speak up and share ideas.
- A positive outlook with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Ambition, initiative, and top-notch organisational skills.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
