We are thrilled to announce a prestigious interim opportunity with a local authority based in the vibrant heart of South East London. As the Assistant Director of Strategic Property, you will be at the forefront of revolutionising Property Services across the borough.

**Contract**: 6 months +
**Rate**: £1,040.88 per day

**About the role**:
In this dynamic role, you will take the reins as a strategic leader, shaping and driving improvements in the delivery of Property Services. Your sphere of influence will encompass:
Strategic Property: Develop and implement visionary property strategies that redefine the boroughs landscape.

Operational Property: Provide operational oversight to ensure the seamless management of properties within the borough.

Facilities Management: Elevate facilities management to new heights, enhancing the quality of service for residents and stakeholders.

Property Capital Programme Delivery: Lead the execution of property capital programmes, fostering growth and development.

Property Investment Management: Drive intelligent investment decisions that optimise returns and benefit the community.

**Requirements**:

- Successful background in the management of the operational delivery of a range of high profile Estate Management services in a local authority or other large complex organisation.
- Successful development and delivery of services aligned to the TFM contract and other regeneration contracts.
- Involvement in the preparation, management and control of service based budgets.
- The ability to envision and drive impactful changes that benefit the local community.
- A proven track record of communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and audiences whilst developing positive relationships.
- Degree, Professional Qualification together with proven working experience in both public and private sector at senior level in asset management/regeneration and contract management for a minimum period of 5 years.
