**The Role**

Working in this rapidly expanding and reputable Real Estate team you will focus on the Living Sector and will gain exposure to some of the best quality Real Estate work in the country. Supporting the biggest developers and housebuilders on the full life cycle of their projects will require an Associate who thrives in a client-facing role, and can take initiative to produce the best outcome for their clients.

You will be working on a variety of innovative Real Estate developments which will shape the future of the UK Living Sector. This work is more prescient than ever and as such the successful applicant will be able to have a tangible and positive impact on communities and individuals across the UK.
- Has 1-5 years of PQE experience in the Real Estate sector
- Experience with a specific focus on Living Sector is a bonus
- NQs with a passion to specialise in this space will also be considered
- Relevant experience in residential development work, disposals, acquisitions, LBTT drafting and completion, contact negotiation site set-up, Land Register/Sasine title reports and more
- Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and develop new business opportunities
- Have a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
