Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects and programmes in the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and deliverables
  • Develop and implement efficient data collection and benchmarking processes
  • Operate effective processes and systems to monitor programme progress
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Capture client requirements and report on progress
  • Support the set up, delivery, and close-out of governance and control frameworks
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development
  • Support the production of tender bid documents
  • Improve programme management products and services

Requirements

  • Degree educated in an Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, or Facility Management related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Cost Management within a Construction or Real Estate Consultancy
  • Programme Management experience within Real Estate with Blue Chip, Commercial, and/or Public Sector Clients
  • Experience running refurbishment or fit-out projects for Blue Chip, Commercial, and/or Public Sector Clients

Desirable Skills

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to articulate business decisions
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and resolve issues
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Competent user of data management software and systems
