- Our standard full time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working)._
- However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for an enhanced 40 hour contract, which has an enhanced salary starting from £25,142 up to £_

Location: Norwich office. This is a hybrid working role with 50% of your time in the office and 50% at home offering flexibility. (Initially it will be full-time in the office for training - c. 8-10 weeks).

Allocated shift pattern between:
09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday = Standard 35hr week

08:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday = Standard 40hr week

A bit about the role:
Our customer expert roles include both phone and admin work to help our customers bring their pensions together into one place. We need people that will challenge the status quo and help us shape the future and by joining this team you will be part of a diverse, supportive, and fun-loving community where everyone comes together to deliver great outcomes for our customers and each other.

You will be part of a team which delivers key processes to help customers transfer their pension benefits both to and from Aviva and will really love making a difference in customers lives.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Excellent telephony and administrative skills- Accountability for your customers and service their needs in a competent, professional, and timely manner- You will be responsible for ensuring customer’s money is moved safely and in-line with the relevant regulations and internal policies and frameworks, so you will need an eye for detail.- A positive advocate for your team/area and a ‘go to’ for others to help support you in delighting our customers.- The ability to understand our digital methods and how they can make things simple and quick for our customers.

What you’ll get for this role:
