Sales Administrator/receptionist

Owing to expansion and staff promotion, we seek a sales administrator and receptionist.
Responsibilities include:
- Updating and maintaining our sales CRM system
- Maintaining the branded apparel of the workforce to a high standard of cleanliness and presentability (by ordering replacements)
- Updating and maintaining our delivery CRM system
- Welcoming visitors
- Post-completion duties including registering installations, notifying third parties, and creating handover packs
- Maintaining case studies
- Maintaining holiday and sickness records across the business
- Creating basic project proposals and estimates
- Filtering project leads according to set parameters
- Handing off some project leads to external third parties according to set parameters
- Other tasks as required
The role offers 20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and the company is set to become an employee owned business in March 2023, offering a profit share after a qualifying period, some if which will be tax free.

**Salary**: From £21,673.00 per year
