Job Introduction
To help the sales team to maximise revenue by providing administrative support across the sales process.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide information for Head of Standard Customer Unit to support the identification of sales opportunities and the development of compelling sales propositions and pitches.
- Proactive in developing market knowledge and insights around key clients, competitors, EMEA territories, content or product slate and audience demographics - communicating this information to support of Sales Executives in the identification of sales opportunities and aligning the sales pipeline to key clients for pitch.
- Source and collate market analytics, research & insights and pricing data in support of the development of pitch materials.
- Support sales teams to develop presentations and business proposals to support the Sales Executives and the Head of Sales in executing the sales/pitch process.
- Distribute appropriate marketing information to clients in the territory, prepare specific presentation for sales pitches as required by the sales team and liaise with Marketing Team on direct marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Sales Delivery team to ensure new and existing clients are configured and have access to sales related systems and tools (eg OLC portal). Coordinating with clients and the Sales Delivery team to obtain information required to ensure system confirguration is processed, as a pivotal component of the delivery of sales pitches and marketing assets.
- Coordinate the handover of the sale at the conclusion of deal negotiations to the Sales Delivery team; ensure contracts are issued and a smooth transition of the deal to post sales support and asset delivery is achieved - liaising with Sales Executives, Clients and the Sales Delivery and Deal Management teams as required.
- Liaise with Credit Control Team on queries regarding credit and invoicing.
- Liaise with sales teams to update the weekly sales data (dashboard) with deal information confirmed and pending and provide other management information on sales in the territory/business as required and update relevant sales forecasts with deal information and inputting into sales reporting as required.
- Provide complete administrative support to the sales team including diary management, dealing with incoming mail and phone calls, fielding general internal and client queries, organising diaries for Markets and Trade Fairs and organising business trips. Maintain comprehensive records of client correspondence and other relevant client and territory information.
- Have an extensive knowledge and understanding of all IT systems used by sales teams. To be known as a ‘super user’ and provide additional system training to help others within the region.
- Experience of dealing with complex administrative tasks.
- Ability to cope well under pressure in a busy sales environment.
- High attention to detail and concern for accuracy
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Computer literate with strong MS Office skills
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Good team player
- To be pro-active and demonstrate initiative
- An understanding and interest in content and regional television
- Other European Languages beneficial though not essential
