Niall Leighton-Boyce, Director of Boyce Group is looking for a right-hand person to assist with the day to day running of many different companies.

The group operates in the following sectors:

- Serviced Accommodation
- Construction
- Architecture
- Student Lets
- Professional Lets
- Commercial Property
- High-end Bespoke Furniture

Boyce Group only develops and manages property that the group own. We have circa 250,000 sqf of real estate. Planning permission has just been granted to build a bespoke hotel in Bristol. We also have hotel schemes in development in Weston Super Mare and Cardiff. Our biggest project to date is acquiring a large site in the Cotswolds for a boutique spa hotel which is set to open in a few years time.

- Some of the tasks we would like you to undertake:

- Reconciling of transactions on Xero
- Tenant viewings
- Tenant checkouts
- Guest relations
- Purchasing of building materials
- Purchasing of soft furnishings
- Utility bill management
- On the ground assistance at the serviced accommodation, especially during setting up new apartments
- Social media campaigns and marketing of serviced accommodation

- Working to tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Being self-motivated and use initiative
- Process verbal instructions

As we work together as a team, you do not need to have experience in all of the above areas. We work to our strongest points and all of these tasks are currently performed by other people in the team. There is room for career progression and honing in on your preferred skills as Boyce Group grows.

You will be provided with a work phone and laptop. The job role does have expectations of hours beyond the 9-5 when dealing with guest and tenant situation that are time sensitive.

Our offices are currently in King Square and will soon be moving to Old Market. The majority of our property is in Clifton and Old Market.

Having a car is a requirement as you will be required to go between properties, we have parking available our office and most of our sites.

The interview process will generally be a quick informal phone call followed by two in person interviews.

We have several work outings throughout the year with additional team meals to celebrate successes.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
