We invest heavily in the very latest state of the art printing technology and machinery available on the market, so that we can provide the very highest quality of signage and wraps, and this high-tech equipment also makes our work easier and more enjoyable. Our printers are all water based, eco-friendly ink, which means we offer lots of eco-friendly, sustainable options.

**ROLE**:

- Working closely with our team of project managers to produce designs for our extensive client base which includes lots of high-profile brands. These designs must look aesthetically pleasing and be functionally designed in order to manufacture and print them in house.
- Preparing finished artwork files for production, ready to send to our various in-house printers, vinyl cutters and manufacturing machines.
- Managing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.
- Working with clients directly, briefing and advising them regarding design style, format, print and manufacture production and timescales.
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, etc.
- Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material, copy, font style and size.
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
- Liaising with external suppliers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.

**SKILLS**:

- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
- An interest in the technical side of signage, wrapping and print is critical to understand the processes within our business.
- A flexible approach when working in a team
- Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with multiple projects at a time
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs
- Experience of a vector graphic package is essential - Adobe Illustrator, Flexi sign, Coral draw or Sign Lab are preferred but not essential.
- Experience with a signage, wrapping or print company preferred but not essential
- Experience of design for manufacture would be preferred but not essential
