**Role Overview**

IHF, an exciting and growing company in a unique industry, is seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Design & Content Developer to join our Marketing team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and developing engaging content. **Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations)
- Develop graphics, illustrations, infographics, and data visualisations
- Design logos, branding elements, and corporate identity guidelines
- Collaborate with teams to understand design needs and requirements

**Content Development**:

- Contribute to the design of various content types (whitepapers, case studies, articles, blog posts)
- Develop and design website content, including service descriptions, portfolio showcases, and informational pages
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style standards

**Web and Digital Media**:

- Design and develop website layouts, user interfaces, and other digital assets
- Manage and update the company's content management system (CMS) and website content
- Optimise content and visuals for search engine optimisation (SEO) and user experience
- Create multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive elements

**Project Management**:

- Maintain a content calendar and editorial schedule for consistent content production
- Manage multiple design and content projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines
- Analyse content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions for improvement

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate closely with other teams to align design and content efforts
- Present design concepts and content strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Stay up to date with design trends, software, and best practices in content creation and marketing

**Core Company Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrable experience within Design/Marketing

- Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, UX Design, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content creation software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of UX design principles
- Experience with photography and creative imagery is a plus
