**Graphic Designer: Elevate Your Career at Trailblazing Group**

**About Us**: Trailblazing Group is a new multi-product digital agency based in Scotland run by a motivated team with a strong business history, experience, and success in various fields.

As our Graphic Designer, you'll be at the forefront of our design team, steering the course for success.

**Your Canvas**: As a Graphic Designer, you'll be the driving force behind our visual identity. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will head a team of designers, to help bring their ideas to life and ensuring our brand aesthetics of our clients are consistently cutting-edge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Manage end-to-end design projects, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring high-quality and visually stunning deliverables.
- **Our Market**: Dive into the realms of Home Services, Professional Sports, Trades, Health & Beauty, and Hospitality markets, where you help bring their businesses and market to life.
- **Brand Guardianship**: Uphold and evolve our brand aesthetics across various touchpoints, maintaining visual consistency and excellence.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to understand design needs, and translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions.
- **Design Strategy**: Contribute to the development and execution of the overall design strategy, keeping our brand at the forefront of industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Experience in software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
- Strong project management skills and an ability to juggle multiple projects.

**Work Environment**:

- Monday to Friday - because weekends are for inspiration.
- Scotland, UK-based Hybrid role

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree - Graphic Design or a related field.
- 5 years graphic design experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
