- Schedule and oversee infra and non-infra capital improvement programmes, strategic reservoir inspection programme, groundwater maintenance plan and other interventions which alter the way we supply water to our customers.
- Manage our £12m bulk water import budget.
- Monitor company raw water storage levels and modify production plans to maintain sufficient storage capacity, including drought preparation and prevention.
- Effectively manage Grid storage to help save money via energy management
- Utilise PowerBI and Excel to improve our data analysis and reporting.
- Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including Water Treatment colleagues, Network Control Leads, and Senior Leaders throughout Severn Trent Water.
- Become an expert in the Strategic Grid, sharing advice and expertise with Operations and wider Network Control, through training sessions and the Water Resources standby rota.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

You’ll have experience of Network Operations, and preferably understanding of the Strategic Grid and Water Treatment processes. You’ll be able to analyse data, create reports, engage with stakeholders and make important decisions based on your analysis and rational.

The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity, and a caring attitude we want to talk to you too.
