- Creating an excellent first impression of the gym by providing a warm welcome, professional appearance and pleasant manner at all times. Plus saying goodbye to members and users of the gym as they exit.
- Provide exceptional customer service experience to all members, guests, and users of the facility.
- Selling and inputting membership sign ups and help current members with their membership queries using the Clubwise system.
- Managing current memberships including courtesy calls, managing and telephoning memberships in arrears and recovering monies.
- Upselling & providing information on product & services. Checking in members and verifying membership accounts.
- Registering prospective members and guiding them to the correct person.
- Handling telephone enquiries, including calling prospective members, recording messages from incoming calls and transferring calls.
- Recording and managing accurate records of all queries, feedback, lost property and maintenance issues.
- Maintaining a clean & tidy environment, both behind and in front of the counter & some Fitness areas.
- Delivery of quality tours/show rounds of the club facilities.
- Ensuring the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the premises and facilities of the fitness centre, including implementing area checklist sheets & open/close check sheets.
- Undertake other duties, of a similar professional nature, at request of the Customer Experience Manager.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £4.81-£9.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer: 1 year (preferred)
