You should be somebody who has a great attention to detail, a problem solver and someone who is charismatic and keen to help our customers.
You will need to be highly organised and be able to keep calm in a dynamic changing
On a daily basis you will be required to make a and receive inbound and outbound calls with contacting customers to get additional information and book collection slots for vehicles..
The nature of this role will make you a key player in the delivery of our business operations an understanding of process management and the ability to use initiative to define new processes will be required.
**The Role**
- Schedule Vehicle Collections
- Processing Vehicle Payments
- Organising driver schedules and advising customers of collection, dates times, process and availability.
- Managing incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Updating in house systems
- Advising with all inbound customer enquiries
- Ad-Hoc Duties when required.
- Document Management of Company Files
Hours of Work
Part Time, schedule to be confirmed but we are proposing 10:00-2:30 Monday to Friday so this role may suit somebody who needs to work around a school run.

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
