Facilities and Site Operations Assistant

**Who will I be working for?**
A local, friendly, family business is seeking a great all-rounder for their head office and to support the close-knit existing team. A busy operation, serving the local community, you will become a go-to person for this growing, established business.
**What will I be doing?**
Supporting the small team and wider clients, you will be the main point of contact for clients, as well as providing administration support to the Operations Manager and other ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the business.
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
- Setting up customer access requests on the in-house system.
- Showing potential and new customers the units.
- Operating security systems.
- Processing payments/credits and assist managing customer accounts daily.
- Dealing with any queries that arise.
- Assist with routine health and safety checks (fire drills, emergency lighting etc).
- Ensuring general cleanliness of the office and public areas along with Operations Manager.
**What skills and experience are required?**
- Computer literate.
- Great customer service skills.
- Good general level of Maths.
- Desirable -Forklift competent.
**What else do I need to know?**
This is a permanent role. Daily office attendance on site (8.30am - 5.30pm). There will also be the requirement to work some Saturdays (8.30am - 2.00pm) as required (either time off in lieu or overtime will be given for this).
- Holidays 25 days + bank holidays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
