**What will you be doing as a Facilities Operative**:

- Computer-based work including Microsoft office, internal procurement system
- Basic general maintenance
- Working with contractors
- Carrying out security patrols / checks

**What will you bring**:

- Will be required to complete full Security clearance
- Excellent customer service focus
- PC literate and numerate with good communication skills, good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Able to use various IT systems in accordance with training provided
- A proactive, flexible and “can do” attitude to resolving issues and challenges
- Attention to detail and an accurate and precise way of working
- Ability to train others to a high standard
- Excellent time keeping and attendance
- Ability to organise your own workload
- General “hands on knowledge”
- Flexibility is required regarding shift patterns
