**Job summary**:
The post-holder will provide a comprehensive Administrative Service for the Complex Discharge Team based within our Complex Discharge Hubs.
All activities will underpin the safe and timely discharge of patients. As well as work to reduce patient length of stay
The role (24 hours per week) involves cross site working on a 7 day rota to include Bank Holidays.
**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:
NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification and/or experience in an administrative environment.
RSA level II or equivalent experience.
**Experience**:
**Essential**:
Experience of working in an administrative environment, ideally in a Healthcare setting.
Experience of working with the public/ customer service.
Experience of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook.
**Desirable**:
Experience of minute taking, preparing and distributing agendas for meetings.
Experience of working in a busy environment.
**Additional Criteria**:

Good Interpersonal skills. Able to deal with enquiries from staff, patients and visitors professionally.
