**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily management and posting of content across all social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Engage with customers to ensure deliverability across specific campaigns
- Implement and monitor social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
- Liaise with the Campaign Manager/Team to ensure all campaign points are actioned on time
- Develop a content calendar to ensure regular posting on all platforms.
- Manage our weekly newsletters

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about social media and staying abreast of the latest digital trends.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with an online audience.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and ability to interpret performance metrics.
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Preferably holding or working towards a diploma/degree in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- This is a remote working placement, but applicants must be based in Norfolk/Suffolk.
