About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media and Content Lead to join our team at Breathe. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media and content marketing strategy to position us as the go-to HR software for SMEs in the UK.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in brand marketing and social media management, preferably in the SaaS industry. You will lead a cross-functional team to drive the strategy for social media content creation, campaign execution, and brand storytelling.

You will work closely with teams across marketing, sales, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and establish a consistent brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Media Management: Manage all company social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  2. Content Creation: Create engaging content that drives brand awareness and user-generated content.
  3. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
