**7days Labs** is looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team at UKCC as a **Social Media Executive**. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to elevate our brand presence and engage with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and curate compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Social Media Assistant / Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience in the prize competition industry is a plus.
