Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a highly organised **Customer Service Executive** to join our friendly team based in Hockley Heath. Working in collaboration with our International Sales and Technical teams you will be co-ordinating and scheduling key account management meetings, managing customer contract administration and supporting order placement to ensure **Peerless Customer Service.**
This position would suit a **confident graduate **who has great communication and organisation skills. You should be a quick learner, familiar with ERP and/or CRM technology and demonstrate excellent attention to detail in your administration skills. European language skills would be beneficial. If you are keen to learn new skills and enhance your career in a sales environment, we will support you with a Personal Development Plan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid ( 37.5 hours / c3 office days per week )
**Salary: £26,000-£28,000**
**What you will be doing**
- Coordination and Support_
- Coordinate with internal teams: Collaborate with different departments, including sales, logistics, and technical, to address customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Schedule internal and external appointments in line with Key Account Management Process.
- Ensure that all customer admin is fully complete, accurate and retained; track and manage any customer follow-up requirements.
- Coordinate and manage contract review process to timely and satisfactory conclusion
- Provide cover and support to order placement team_
- Place all orders into the ERP system ensuring all relevant information is included and proactively manage the collection of missing information
- Co-ordinate internal resources to deliver any additional information required i.e. drawings and other documents to the relevant people
**Who we are looking for**
- Experience_
- Graduate with 1 or 2 years previous experience in a sales administration role
- Knowledge and Skills_
- Highly organised and strong time management skills, able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Problem solving skills to address scheduling and commercial-related issues and find practical solutions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Previous experience using a CRM system to track orders with the sales pipeline
- Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP system would be advantageous but training will be provided
- European languages beneficial

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
