**Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for an exciting new role?**

We are delighted to be working in partnership with our fantastic client, a leading Accountancy Firm, to recruit an Office Support Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage Reception
- Screening calls and visitors into the office
- Manage the meeting room booking system, ensuring they are tidied after each booking
- Ensuring refreshments are provided for client meetings
- Manage and maintain stationery and office supplies
- Support with the organisation of meetings including booking travel, venues, inviting guests, taking minutes etc
- Provide admin support the wider team, preparing draft letters etc
- Diary management, handing expenses on behalf of the partners
- Work closely with the Office Manager carrying out H&S and Fire Safety tasks
- Managing all records, paper and electronic based
- Scanning and photocopying from time to time

**What you’ll need**
- Prior experience in an Office Support role, ideally from a Professional Services background
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- The ability to work independently with support from the wider team
- Strong attention to detail, accurate
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong client relationships skills

**What you’ll receive**
- Competitive salary up to £26,000

- This is a full-time, permanent role working between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
