Parkdean Resorts are seeking a career minded, professional and confident Change, Release & Environments Manager to support our busy Service Delivery Team.

The role reports directly to the IT Service Delivery Manager and will be responsible for delivering Releases across all of our delivery teams. They own and manage the Environments strategy for our IT infrastructure

This is a critical role for our company as we strive to always deliver exemplary customer service.

**Main Purpose of Role**:

- Work closely with the Infrastructure and Test Leads to design standard service delivery methodologies, frameworks, tools and resources consistent with ITIL best practice.
- Define and implement the environment strategy to support the business; line manager for the Change, Release & Environments Coordinator.
- Engage architecture and project teams to capture requirements (functional and capacity) and ensure environments are correctly provisioned to meet those requirements.
- Adhere to the standards and processes across our omni-channel estate, including apps, web, eCommerce, Sitecore and Salesforce.
- Support the release management activities in line with a busy release schedule.
- Continuously improve our release cycles in terms of speed, quality and risk management with mínimal disruption to the business and commercial operations.
- Develop our best practice and ways of working and ensure that these are adopted throughout the digital capability.
- Work closely with the Delivery Managers and Testing teams to ensure that releases are incident and bug-free.
- Work with external suppliers to coordinate timely and smooth releases.
- Report any weakness within the Company’s information systems or services.

**Experience**
- Experience in a Service Delivery function in an omni-channel B2C/customer-centric domain encompassing eCommerce, web, CRM and App development etc.
- ITIL Certified is desirable.
- Fastidious about quality, detail and maintaining the integrity of the live environments.
- Analytical, logical, calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment as well as short sprint cycles.
- Excellent communicator, with the ability to communicate to all colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum/DevOps environment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is desirable.
