Responsibilities
- **Waiting/serving tables**:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings.

Take accurate food and drink orders and input into the POS system.

Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail.

Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly flag any concerns or issues.

Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.

Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required to stay updated on menu changes, service standards, and company policies.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up tables, restocking supplies, and cleaning the dining area.

Be a team player.

**Barista**:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and quality standards.

Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment with precision and efficiency.

Welcome customers warmly as they enter the coffee shop and assist them in choosing their beverages.

Take customer orders accurately and input them into the POS system.

Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries and sandwiches, as needed.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restroom facilities.

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to uphold health code standards and ensure the safety of customers and staff.

Handle card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Attend training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated on new coffee offerings, brewing techniques, and company policies.

**Bartender**:
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the bar top, back bar, and storage areas, following health and safety guidelines.

Collaborate with other members of the restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Attend training sessions and staff meetings to stay updated on new menu items, beverage trends, and company policies.

Requirements
- Previous experience is similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

**Salary**: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
