Office Services Assistant - Leeds - £11.04 per hour - Ongoing Basis
We are seeking an Office Services Assistant to join a dynamic team in Leeds. As an Office Services Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mail collection: Managing mail collection from satellite areas.
- Priority mail services: Handling special and recorded delivery services.
- Courier and hand deliveries: Coordinating and processing courier and hand deliveries.
- Office Services support: Assisting the Office Services team with tasks such as stationery stock control, replacing toners, and managing printer consumables.
- Equipment maintenance: Conducting general maintenance of photocopiers and other Office Services equipment.
- Moving and transportation: Aiding in the movement and transportation of boxes and files within the office.
- Document management: Handling photocopying, printing, scanning, and archiving of files, including batching, barcoding, and using external services for file transportation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in electronic working and office equipment operation.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
