Williams Lea seeks an Office Services Assistant to join our team

Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial, legal, and professional services firms.

Key Responsibilities
- Office Services_
- Dealing with day-to-day requirements from the Office Services team, such as stationary stock control, replacing toners and printer consumables as required.
- General maintenance of Office Services equipment.
- Archiving of files.
- Dealing with priority mail services.
- Assisting with moving and transportation of boxes around the office.
- Repro, printing, and scanning.
- Management information_
- Provide data to Office Manager when required.
- Reporting any issues to Office Manager.
- Ad Hoc_
- Other Office Service-related tasks as required.

Key Competencies
- Experience in Administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Experience of working in a legal environment is desirable.
