**ROLE SUMMARY**

We are launching a unique Edinburgh Gin Shop in Shop retail outlet within the newly refurbished World Duty Free store in Edinburgh Airport. This is an exciting development for the Edinburgh Gin brand in this key, strategic outlet and this role will play a key part in the success of the project.

We require an organised, approachable, and enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations within the Edinburgh Gin Edinburgh Airport Shop-in-Shop. This role will also manage the team of Retail Brand Ambassadors, and ultimately ensure significant sales of the Edinburgh Gin range. This role will also be required to cover the brand ambassador shifts in the area as required.

This role will report to the Travel Retail Business Development Executive.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**

**Key Day to Day Activities
Day-to-day admin and operations (60%)
- Liaise with partners for replenishment and stock management team on retail and tasting stock requirements for replenishment and daily use
- Escalate retail and tasting stock issues to World Duty Free management, and relay to Business Development Executive
- Develop relationships with the wider World Duty Free team to ensure awareness of and solution for, any issues or opportunities in store
- Ensure the full product range is stocked and well merchandised
- Adhere to all IMD policies and administration requirements including Financial, HR, IT, Health & Safety and Data Protection requirements, ensuring direct reports are supported with delivering the same
- Whilst on site, adhere to all World Duty Free and Edinburgh Airport policies including Health & Safety and Data Protection requirements, ensuring direct reports are supported with delivering the same

Team Management and Supervisory Function (25%)
- Proactive management of the on site team rota, in conjunction with the Business Development Executive
- Operational management and ownership of team sales reporting, relaying sales results and any issues to the Business Development Executive
- Work to lead, inspire and motivate the team of retail ambassadors
- Give clarity to line reports via regular updates and daily briefings, including relaying internal and external updates as applicable
- Link with internal GTR marketing on promotional activity, providing regu
