Full-time / Part-time - Edinburgh St James Quarter Showroom

We’re looking for an inspiring **Supervisor** to join our existing management team in Edinburgh that leads from the front to motivate, coach and develop exceptional Stylists that deliver on Customer Experience and Performance goals.

You've got to love working with people and inspiring a team to deliver a spectacular customer experience. You don’t need to wear glasses yourself or have experience working in optics. An interest in eyewear, and a passion for fashion is a plus

**About the Role**:
**Customer Experience** - We measure the success of our Showrooms first and foremost on the experiences they generate for our people and our community of customers. You will coach and share feedback with each member of your team to deliver a world class service, maintaining our NPS score of 92.

**Management** - You’ll support and strengthen your management team by coordinating the daily operations of the Showroom. From delivering engaging briefs to ensuring excellence in brand standards (visual merchandising and cleanliness) and supporting with the Showroom rota, you’ll be a leader for your Showroom and will deputise in the Manager’s and Assistant Manager’s absence.

**People** - Through delivering training plans and sharing performance feedback with your team, you’ll consistently promote your own and your team’s development.
