Real impact is what differentiates us - if you want to drive lasting change in the renewable energy sector, optimising our processes and being the key point of contact for our people, then you’ve come to the right place.

Whilst you don’t necessarily need to have previous experience within the energy/renewables sector, your previous experience in handling a busy office environment, with a keen eye for detail and a highly organised and efficient approach, are the key ingredients to ensure your success in the daily operations of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keeping HR and employee records up to date.
- Liaise with payroll provider and provide payroll data.
- Prepare all new starter admin and liaison with new starters.
- Processing expense claims and help with other finance tasks.
- All admin regarding leavers process (e.g. preparation of reference letters).
- Process incoming post, management of stationary and other office inventory.
- Liaise with HR legal advisors on new benefits and contract and policy updates.
- Drafting promotion letters where instructed and update HR Systems to reflect.
- Coordinate internal training schedule and booking external providers as and when necessary.
- Managing all equipment inventory IE: Mobile phones and laptops, checking mobile phone accounts and ordering of new phones.
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, including managing contracts, renewals and proposals, presenting to Senior Management where necessary.
- Keep track of items in storage facility, e.g. Solar Panels; Conductors etc.
- Continuous Improvement Processes - improvement of the smoothing running of the office, including new documents and processes, systems etc.
- Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders e.g: Customers, Internal Sales, Manufacturers and Compliance Bodies.
- Other items yet to be identified to support the consulting team to continue delivering a 5-star customer service.
- Hands-on mentality with a keen eye for detail and total ownership of the office management responsibilities.
- Confident, independent, structured, accurate and reliable - You are the anchor, as the first point of contact for employees and external stakeholders alike.
- Proactive in your approach to daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities.
- Fast learner - you are naturally inquisitive and are constantly looking for ways to improve processes.
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude always finding creative and pragmatic solutions.
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience working as an Office Administrator.
