**Job Title**: Customer Service Agent
**Location**: Konecta, Ringwood
**Working Location**: Konecta, Pullman Way, Ringwood, Hampshire - Hybrid
**Hours**:40 hours per week - Monday to Sunday from 07:00 - 22:00. This role does entail occasional weekend work, however, this is on a rotation basis with at least 4 weeks’ notice given. We aim to only have Agents work a maximum of 2 weekends a month.

**Bonus**: plus up to £100 monthly bonus and 10% wage increase for weekend work. We also have a loyalty scheme where employees can earn up to £300 every 6 months.

**Main Purpose of Role**

As a Customer Service Agent, you are in the best position to support our customers to achieve the best from our products, providing support information and assistance across a number of different communication channels.
Our Customer Service Agent are true ambassadors for Hertz 24/7, with a passion for what they do. You will be a key member in
supporting customers to achieve the best of our product.

**Skills Requirements**
- To be fluent in English and an intermediate level in French to be able to support France on a contingency basis if required.
- Breathe great Customer Service and understand how important it is to put the Customer at the heart of our business and

interactions.
- Being an excellent communicator is essential, whether it is amending details or fixing a problem you will ensure are

Customers are kept informed and help navigate them on their journey with us.
- Be an ambassador for Hertz 24/7 and represent the brand to the highest standard.
- Have a passion for helping others and an ability to persuade and communicate with people on different levels.
- A logical approach to resolving issues.
- Significant experience of working with Customers, either face to face or remotely / phone.
- Proficient in computer technology and systems
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Able to positively influence others
- Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

**Operational Days and Hours**
With given notice, Konecta reserves the right to change your working hours.
Konecta operational hours are 7am - 10pm Monday to Sunday, this role will be on an average of a 40 hour week.

**Systems & Training**
Full training will be given by Konecta and will include supporting on-going training requirements for the duration of the project. You will also receive a full company induction that will include many areas such as Data Protection Act and all other systems and soft skills training.

**Opportunity for Growth**
Across the campaign the team will have SMART objectives. These will be communicated by the Customer Experience Director (on behalf of the client).
