Debt Recovery Agent

**We are recruiting for a Debt Recovery Agent to provide exceptional customer service and back-office functions across multi channels.**

You will be provided with the necessary work instructions, scripts and templates in order to maximise success.

Our **Debt Recovery agent **will need to be a true ambassador with a passion for what they do.

You will be a key member in supporting the clients and their financial health.

**Skills Requirements**

- Being an excellent communicator is essential
- Be an ambassador and represent the brand to the highest standard.
- Have a passion for helping others and an ability to persuade and communicate with people on different levels.
- A logical approach to resolving issues.
- Significant experience of working with Customers, either face to face or remotely / phone.
- Experience within a Debt Recovery process
- Proficient in computer technology and systems
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Able to positively influence others
- Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail

**Salary**:£12.50 per hour

**Location: Hybrid after training**

**Main Office is in **Ringwood, Hampshire.

**Hours**:40 paid hours per week.

**Shifts: Rota hours**:Monday-Saturday 7am - 10pm
