Accounts and Finance Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Administrator to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Accounts and Finance principles and be able to apply them effectively in a busy administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative duties related to debt recovery.
- Communicating with customers and homeowners via telephone and written correspondence.
- Negotiating repayment plans with customers.
- Liaising with Solicitors to pass on unrecoverable debt.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year's experience in Accounts and Finance.
- A good standard of education, with a minimum of GCSE to level C/5 in English and Maths.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships.
