**The Opportunity**:
The Fleet and Facilities Coordinator role is a key role for my client and the purpose of this role is to plan, execute, and evaluate the daily operations and activities of my client’s Fleet and Facilities operations. These consist of office buildings, warehouses and grounds; as well as fleet maintenance and procurement.

You will also be responsible for coordinating facilities and fleet management processes across multiple departments and offices.

In addition to this if you are successful you will be responsible for building efficiencies and effective responsiveness into existing business procedures and help define new business support strategies.

The role holder will serve as the lead for, and manager of, designated projects as delegated.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Work with the procurement team to ensure compliance with their agenda
- Manage the relationship with external services and suppliers as required to maintain an efficient, well maintained and innovative office environment, ensuring that the property improvement and maintenance plan is actioned with activity supported by the appropriate outsourced specialists, e.g. cleaners, repairs and maintenance
- Develop, review and execute the annual building improvement plan whilst controlling budget.
- Manage the relationship with the outsourced fleet management partner, alongside managing a small grey fleet as necessary
- Maintain and track fleet & facilities management records
- Act as a key contact between fleet users, the fleet/rental companies, garages, etc.
- Track building maintenance issues and arrange resolution as required
- Ensure facilities and equipment are fully functioning, engaging with other departments as necessary.
- Ensuring grounds (e.g. gardens & car parks) are maintained and be prepared to carry out ad hoc DIY tasks where appropriate
- Driving duties e.g. delivering company grey fleet between various locations or for valeting/servicing - this does not include liveried vehicles that are allocated to field teams or remote office pool vehicles
