This role forms part of TUI UK&I’s & First Choice Dynamic Content team. As a Dynamic Content Executive, you’ll be multi-skilled and responsible for the quality of and management of text in our content management systems. You will work on hotel content forall TUI’s sales channels. You will also prepare images and videos to be loaded into an asset database and look after their ongoing management in our content systems. As well as this, you’ll spend some of your time writing accurate and engaging content, aswell as updating and refreshing existing content. As such, your writing will need to take on the brand's tone of voice, meet SEO requirements and be in touch with customer needs.

This role is based in Luton, but at TUI we believe work is something you do not somewhere you go. With this flexibilityin find, please note you will be expected to attend the office on average at least one day per week - which genuinely offers a great office and home life balance.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- On a daily basis, you’ll be preparing content to get new products to market quickly, efficiently and effectively. You’ll also be responsible for writing, maintaining and updating text, photography and videos for our product content on the First Choice saleschannels.
- You'll have great attention to detail, as you'll be required to maintain and update content for hotels across the entire First Choice dynamic programme, to ensure content accuracy.
- This role also requires an ability to proactively build relationships across the business, particularly with our Product and Trading teams.
- You will need to check our content adheres to Group guidelines and style, as well as supporting our company-wide digital-first approach.
- We’re looking for someone who has an enthusiastic approach to content accuracy and is considerate of the customer journey and experience. You must be able to juggle multiple priorities but still deliver excellent work.
- As a Dynamic Content Executive, you’ll also be relied upon to work collaboratively with your team, maintaining best content standards and practices, whilst always striving for continuous improvement of processes. This will also include monitoring dashboardsand reports, constantly reviewing and renewing our content..

**ABOUT YOU**
- High attention to detail - grammar guru and accurate English spelling
- Experience of content management systems preferred but not essential
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Well organised and methodical approach
- Good writing skills, and the ability to be able to adhere to the tone of voice
- A flexible, motivated team player
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with other business areas
- Working knowledge of SEO desirable
