**Position Summary**:
TikTok EMEA is seeking an experienced individual to understand and contribute to the FSSC AP operation process. This entails identifying potential risks, developing and implementing a consistent quality inspection plan for the AP process, generating quality inspection reports, analyzing root causes of identified issues, and suggesting improvements. Additionally, the role involves dynamically adapting to changes in the operation process and proposing optimization strategies for the quality inspection plan.

**Responsibilities**:

- FSSC AP Operation Process Familiarity and Risk Identification: Acquaintance with FSSC AP operation processes and proficient in identifying process risks.
- AP Process Quality Inspection Planning and Execution: Regular development of AP process quality inspection plans and diligent execution of inspections.
- Quality Inspection Reporting and Improvement Recommendations: Compilation of quality inspection reports, conducting root cause analysis on identified issues, and suggesting improvement strategies.
- Dynamic Process Monitoring and Optimization Suggestions: Ability to dynamically track changes in operation processes and propose optimization suggestions for the quality inspection plan.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Financial Shared Service Center, familiar with the AP process.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong logical thinking skills.
- Good communication skills and good at teamwork.
- Proficient in Office software.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance or related.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior work experience in the Internet industry is preferred.
- Have risk management awareness, and prior quality inspection work experience is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin preferred
