We're passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and celebrating the spirit of football. We're in search of a dedicated Winner Relations Specialist to join our team, ensuring that the journey from victory to prize delivery is seamless and delightful for our cherished winners.
Position Overview:
As a Winner Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our prize winners have an unforgettable experience. You'll be responsible for contacting winners, coordinating prize delivery, and adding that extra touch to make the prize-winning moment special and enjoyable. This position involves regular communication, updates, and addressing any inquiries with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear and exciting information about their winnings, creating a warm and friendly relationship with all of the FP Community.
Coordinate Prize Delivery:
Work closely with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of prizes.
Keep winners informed about the status of their prizes and provide tracking information.
Problem Resolution:
Address any issues or concerns that winners may have promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve logístical challenges and ensure smooth prize delivery.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of prize activities and communication with winners.
Provide regular updates to the management team on prize status.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathise and address inquiries effectively.
Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple winner interactions simultaneously.
Proficient in basic computer skills for tracking and documenting winner communications.
A genuine interest in fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
