**Key Duties**:
**Business**
- To ensure the Firm’s I.T. infrastructure functions smoothly both in London and the branch offices
- To make recommendations for improvement where appropriate
- To be the expert in own area of specialisation
- To provide flexible staff cover when required

**Technical**
- To be familiar with the operational characteristics of all the Firm’s systems
- To provide predominantly internal support, but some external support to clients who access the Portal.
- To keep abreast of technological and market developments and make recommendations to the Service Desk Support Manager/Head of I.T. where they might be of use to the Firm

**Interaction with users and suppliers**
- To be positive and pro-active when dealing with queries and problems with staff
- To treat all suppliers fairly and professionally

**About you**:
To be a Service Desk 1st Line Support Apprentice you will need to be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* - C, 4-9) including Maths and English.

This 18-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £24,000. You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills.

Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 IT qualifications
