People Solutions are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client who are a close-knit manufacturing firm based in Wigan.

As a Sales Administrator you will be one of the first point of contacts for the business and will be responsible for the accurate processing of orders.

**Working days and shift times**:
Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm

**Pay rate**:
£22,000 - £24,000 DOE

**Day to Day Duties**

As a Sales Administrator your day to day duties will include:

- Dealing with inbound calls including order enquiries, deliveries, damages, credits, and any other general enquiries.
- Invoicing daily using SAGE business software.
- Arranging delivery transport for customer orders which will vary depending on quantities, weights, and dimensions of the product
- Managing company Social Media accounts

**Essential Skills**

To be successful in the role of Sales Administrator, the following skills are essential:

- Previous sales administration experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to operate social media channels including Instagram

**Desirable Experience**

The following skills are desirable for the role of Sales Administrator:

- SAGE experience
- Available imminently

**What Training is Provided?**

Full training on company processes and procedures will be provided.
