**Role - Logistics Administrator**

**Industry Sector - Leading Carbon Manufacturer & Environmental Consultancy**

Leading Manufacturing business within the Environmental Carbon space are looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team based in Wigan.

The role focuses on complex sales orders and would suit someone with experience working in a Manufacturing, Engineering or Automotive background with an understanding of how Hauliers operate.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Working to customer service objectives regarding on time and in full, order inputting and confirmation.
- Planning and Liaising with external transport companies regarding estimated delivery of orders.
- Dealing with daily issues including customer deliveries, failed deliveries etc
- Pallets inbound and communications with factory
- To liaise with the sales team to anticipate future order requirements ensuring we have the correct stock levels
- Organise and communicate with our grinders and blenders to achieve the maximum order efficiency
- Answering the telephone and directing calls
- Sales order processing
- Liaise with Accounts with regards to account limits etc.
- Support & liaison to Sales executive
- Updating, Maintaining and filing paperwork in customer's files.
- Setting up new Customer Accounts - Credit checks
- Raise customer account/account renewal forms and send to customers
- Enter all sales orders, purchase orders, amendments and deletion of orders
- Cover for holiday and sickness leave for customer service and logistics administrator
- Ensure that all delivery paper work is turned around within timescale
- All documents for transport to be issued to corresponding warehouse
- All paperwork filed correctly and saved in correct files on system
- Monitoring vessel log for warehouse
