Location: Wigan
My client is a well-established supplier of goods to the UK High Street and due to continued growth now has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their team based near Wigan.
Purpose of the role:
To issue a resolution of any customer services problems in relation to your listed accounts and providing end to end customer support from the point of an order through to the invoicing, you will also be responsible for order processing.
Core duties and responsibilities:
Order entry for own accounts and to provide cover across the department during holidays and busy periods.
To be able to manage customer expectations and keep them informed of any supply issues.
Booking of transport and delivery slots
To investigate customer complaints regarding supply of orders
Administration tasks including order logs and trackers
Key Skills and experience:
Previous proven experience working in a similar role
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
A pro-active approach with the ability to multi-task and prioritising workloads
Problem solving and solutions driven
Exceptional attention to detail
Can work as part of a team
Excel knowledge
Commercial experience
Team co-ordination and organisational skills
Ability to use your own initiative
